Efforts focused on fostering crisis communication strategies, product and patient advocacy, conveying compelling stories to a diverse and global audience, and nurturing an inclusive team culture on social media channels.

Achieved a 35% increase in social media follower growth and overall engagement by conceptualizing, creating, and executing multiple public awareness campaigns, paid and organic, across global communities.
